    Cook #3 - Lunch

Since apparently cooks are supposed to be fancy, I went all out on the hotdogs.  Multiple different preparations. These are premium select brisket dogs.

Sara Lee Honey with crust removed, Japanese Mayo and Heinz Mustard.

Cooked direct at fire ring level, open top.  Mixture of Rockwood and Royal Oak.  Royal Oak added for some additional smokeyness.

A dog's breakfast if I've ever seen one.

I'm not paying a dollar for that shite.

Not my rules, but it is for charity, and 100% your choice.  If you are truly upset, I will stop posting cooks.

For the record, the dogs were pretty good.

    From the Official Rule Post:

"It can be a main meal, appetizer, dessert, whatever you want!  The only requirement is that you need to use the BGE for some portion of it.  And you should post two pics - one pic of the cook in process on the BGE, and another showing the final result plated or a "money" shot if you prefer."

I did!  My interwebz humour filter needs calibration every now and then. Some folks have hair triggers ;)

This thread reminds me of when one of my college roommates bought a countertop fryer. We fried anything and everything, while we were fried ourselves.

    Hilarious  =)

Only up to 11 cooks!  I know this group cooks more than that!

@Ozzie_Isaac and @JohnInCarolina,  the above from Ozzie reminds me that we should remind all of the cook cut-off time and then have 3 independent supreme court judges determine and agree on the final cook count that will require restitution.  Just trying to avoid a court fight later.  Thank me now or later in November  =)

Here’s my offering - Mexican Savory Crepes.
    This is a Wood_Fired_Foodie original.
Cornmeal crepes stuffed with stir fried sweet potato, black bean, and spinach filling. This filling is seasoned with homemade piloncillo syrup - it’s a hot/sweet flavoring.
Plated with a roasted red pepper sauce on the bottom and cilantro lime crema on top.

    :time_out:

I need to sit down, and properly appreciate this. Just frikkin' outstanding, Gary
