I just dug out a prime rib roast from the freezer that needed cooking anyways. That should lighten JIC's wallet another dollarJohnInCarolina said:I feel as though I may have miscalculated with all of the retirees on here. I forgot that for all of you every day is Saturday. Son of a beeyotch...

Nothing fancy. Marinated lamb. SV for an hour while the egg heated up. Mediterranean rub. Tasted great.

Meal #2: Late night snack. One of my favorite sandwiches as a kid was a toasted PB&J. I decided to toast one on the Egg.

Needs some fine tuning. I removed the Woo and went on top of the fire ring instead of felt level. I wanted a decent toast, but not dried and burned. Next time I will go at the felt level. It toasted too fast to heat the peanut butter and jam all the way through, like I prefer. Instead of a warm ooey gooey mess, it was just lukewarm PB&J on toast. I think felt level and around 350 would be perfect. Maybe even higher in the dome and a quick sear at the end.JohnInCarolina said:PB&J on the Egg. That’s a first for me!

Usually people just put peanut butter on anus right before they let their dog lick it off...

Does your dog have a favorite brand of peanut butter or do you just buy whatever is cheapest since you go thru so much of it?thetrim said:Usually people just put peanut butter on anus right before they let their dog lick it off...“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. If someone nails that, I will be $187.99 poorer. I am *this* close to buying one. Chili would put me over the top!JohnInCarolina said:
