Favorite "non traditional" steak cut

Take away the traditional ribeye, ny strip and filet, what's your favorite beef/steak cut? I'm thinking along the lines of tri tip, hanger, flat iron, chuck eye etc. Obviously these examples are more well known than they used to be, but I'm thinking along these lines.

Hanger. Love the super beefy flavor. It's my go-to for steak frites.Philly - Kansas City - Houston - Cincinnati - Dallas - Houston - Memphis - Austin - Chicago - Austin

Love a chuck eye when I can get it. In terms of availability, cost, versatility, and taste we eat more flank steak than anything.

I eat more outside skirt than anything else. I love a good flat iron as well.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Another vote for flat iron with flank steak solidly in second place.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

I have never known there were different skirt cuts. @ColtsFan, @dmourati, @The Cen-Tex Smoker, where do you find the outside skirt cut?

Skirt here too, flank when I can't find skirt (which is about half the time). I've been doing tacos out the ying-yang lately, and learning to cook by feel again as a Thermapen doesn't work too well on such thin cuts.
The marinade I'm zeroing in on has blended chipotle en adobo, salt, garlic, and orange/lime juices; marinate for 2-4 hours as the protein is thin._____________Tin soldiers and Johnson's coming...

Bavette - which Google tells me is flank / skirt, too - which I think has to be served with chimichurri.

Been having some real good luck with tri-tip lately. $6.90 a pound and a half on sale, not $65.00 a pound and a half.I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.

@The Cen-Tex Smoker, what grocery stores in Austin carry outside skirt? Hanger is high on the list in our house. I try to keep them in stock at all times. With that being said, I'm thinking about making a Birmingham meat run this Friday. The menu lists Wagyu outside skirt, Prime flat iron, and high choice hanger among the more traditional cuts.Wetumpka, Alabama

Love me a T-bone, because that's what my grandfather cooked us on his wheelbarrow grill - but that doesn't count because it contains 2 of the 3 most popular cuts.
With that said, I like a high grade sirloin as much as any steak.
I'm surprised there is no love for tri-tip. That would be my second choice.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle
