SRF, or Omaha Steaks? I couldn't unsubscribe from Omaha Steaks.DoubleEgger said:
Or you can’t just unsubscribe from their mailing list like I did.Botch said:
I've not purchased (yet) anything from SRF, but had exactly the same experience from Omaha Steaks. Bought their (currently advertised) "Christmas Pack", for about $70. The beef was Choice, not Prime, the sides were okay. More expensive than cooking from scratch, but cheaper than eating out, and the convenience was nice.TEXASBGE2018 said:Anyone else feel like they get constantly blasted with SRF emails? I bet I get 3-4 a day.
But...
They completely inundated me with 3 phone calls, 2 mailings per week, and at least 2 emails per day, with requests to buy more.
I finally had to send them a registered letter (with a cc to my law firm: Dewey Skrewem, & Howe, Attorneys At Law) to get them to remove my name from their lists.
Thanks for the info, sounds like I won't be buying from SNF anytime soon...“The best way to execute french cooking is to get good and loaded and whack the hell out of a chicken."

I haven't been much of a NBA fan for many years but enjoy Barkley, Shaq, Kenny, and Ernies banter on Inside The NBA. I saw this comment and thought it was pretty funny:

Then i scraped it down real good, got it screaming hot and did a fresh thin layer of oil that i let smoke like crazy for 20 mins. Been having sticking problems, more so with gunk sticking to my spatula though.
Now I am going to watch TV. Gotta be back at work in 14 hours!2 LBGE, Blackstone 36, Jumbo Joe
