Ran into the same issues as Lou did. The natives were getting restless and hungry so pulled a bit sooner than I would have liked and didn't get to rest as long as I would have liked. Still great eats though. I have one more in the freezer and will give that one the proper time and attention.

I had some of my rocketry students and their parents over to the house. We watched October Sky together. (These kids are getting to restore one of the "Miss Riley" rockets owned by one of the rocket boys)
Had wings and sausage on the offset. Made queso, beans, and potato salad. Watched the movie and had cookies and popcorn. It was a wonderful evening all around.
