BGE Brent Tribute Cook Thread

Sometimes good ideas are contagious. Several of us were discussing ways to honor our friend Brent over the weekend. Our boy Steve @thetrim was thinking along the same lines when he graciously posted a Brent tribute cook. We would like to honor Brent (and Nichole since we all know who was doing the cooking )  by encouraging each of you to recreate a dish that Brent has posted on the forum previously and post it here along with the link to Brent’s original post.

Brent and I would talk often about the status and overall health of the forum. When things would go sideways in our opinion, we always vowed to “fix the problem” by posting cooks. We figured great cooks would restore the forum to former glory. Without our friend, former glory is unattainable but let’s give it the ol’ Wildcat try.
