I love grilled trout. The meal looks mighty fine there Brent.
Nothing is more satisfying than cooking what you catch, same day. We used to fish down at Swift Camp Creek, clean them on the rocks, wrap them in foil with butter, onion, salt and pepper, and throw them into the camp fire.
It's been years. Congrats on the day.

Probably not but I'm going to take him trout fishing in the fall. He just doesn't know it yet.

Do gay fish taste better than straight fish?

Great looking cook Brent, my son and I  have bagged about 40 trout this summer and I'm hopping to get out in the creek at least one more time this month. I filet, skin and remove the bones then light coating of corn meal and in the wok on the large for a fish fry. Always good eats.

Right back into the game with that cook.  Looks great.  Big win for the personal touch.
