Never got into the yeti vs whoever crap. A few months ago the wife convinced me to buy a stainless water bottle instead of the cases of water I was buying weekly. So I bought the yeti 18 rambler. Love it, but by mid morning it’s empty and I’m filling it back up with bottled water from the office cooler. So I went to the yeti website to buy a 1/2 gallon jug. $100!! Well chit, I looked at Rtic, $20. Ordered, came today...what a flaming piece of monkey chit compared to the yeti. You definitely get what you pay for here.

I also have the TAL 64oz jug from walmart. Keeps my water cold as can be for several days if I want it to. No reason for a yeti or rtic here.saluki2007 said:I dont know about either of those jugs but my $13 TAL 64oz jug from wally world works great for office use.2 LBGE, Blackstone 36, Jumbo Joe

The thing that amazes me about those bottles is, they keep hot things HOT, but keep cold things COLD! And there's no switch!!!Jeremiah said:Never got into the yeti vs whoever crap. Sensitivity awareness education. My 27th. 8 shy from breaking the all-time record.
I sense an opportunity for greatness, however, time is running out.

Enjoying the end to a long day. The rain has cancelled my plan to finish mowing the yard. Considering I managed to pull a muscle I didn't know I had when I almost fell off my ladder while trimming hedges, it might be for the best. Good God does it smart.
Now Bob and I are getting ready to celebrate National Hot Dog Day as soon as he gets settled. It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

Called up SWMBO, who's on the road shopping, and reminded her it's National Hotdog Day. She happened to make some chili earlier because we had some ground beef in he fridge that needed to be used. So if all the stars align, we will be eating some dogs, and hopefully not the nightmarish pink slime kind (I told her to get the gor-met sh*t).

Rolling Smoke for Nick, when I saw him Saturday cooking for his funeral today never crossed my mind. 200 pounds of butt ready for an overnighter

I am sitting in the dark with now power because a storm just blew through. This is the 4th time in as many weeks. Even with a generator (not a whole house automatic one) it gets old.--------------------------------------------------

Glad to hear you’re okay except for the muscle part. Ladders are very dangerous.smokingal said:Enjoying the end to a long day. The rain has cancelled my plan to finish mowing the yard. Thought this might be @HeavyG’s last cook and the reason we never see any food posts from him. 😜DMW said:
I searched Google images for "offensive smoke" and this was the first result.ColtsFan said:Reading the covenants for one of the homes we're considering. Who exactly determines and defines "No offensive smoke coming from property". Probably surrounded by flippin vegans....

If they complain, just show them this photo. Tell them this is what offensive smoke is, if this isn't what is coming from your yard, it isn't offensive.
