Just returned from donating a pint of my finest to the Red Cross.  Running low now so the fuel load for LEO won't be quite as much this evening.
Sounds like a cheap date for the night

Have fun working with those toys.  Guess it's all modeling and simulation so if something goes south all you need to do is buy a new software package and extremely powerful computer.  B)

That is actually a foil pouch containing wood chips, believe it or not.

Rats. Recharged but still blowing ambient air.  Already checked the mix doors, time to move into the more expensive territory.

Finally installed the Rutland gasket that I got from RRP almost 4 years ago! Since the egg was dismantled I figured it was also a good time to refinish the table I built two years ago.
The sun really does a number on it! Refinishing the table is tomorrow’s job...🥃

@YukonRon - From my perspective that's the way to do kabobs.  Separate for each selection so you manage the cook/finish times.  Then mix it up for the banquet.  Looks great.
This turned out excellent, but I have tell you, the marinade makes this one of the best meals I have ever made on the egg.
My Beautiful Wife came up with the marinade recipe.
You are absolutely right, Frank, for me that is the best way to cook these on the grill.
    The veggies were awesome.

@YukonRon please feel free to share the marinade recipe.  I'd like to have a second marinade I attribute to you.  The first is a real winner for sure!

Got a marinade you all have to try:
    3/4 cup of soysauce
1/4 cup mustard (i used BA-TAMPTE Deli Mustard)
    1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
    1 cup evoo
    1/4 cup of garlic juice
    1/2 cup of lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Marinate chicken and vegetables (in separate bags) for 2-4 hours.
    Grill at 325⁰F raised direct.
Sprinkle with po chix or your fave seasoning after your first turn.
    Came out really nice.
