Sent you a message about the wedges and irons!oldgeezeystax said:
I like your style. I have a used set of g400 irons right now from second swing but I think i'm going to take them back before I even use them, they are green dot (2 degrees up) and I kinda just them because I wanted g400s and they were there... After looking at them some more, I'm afraid they are too upright and will promote an even steeper swing than I already have. I stayed up until midnight or so the night I bought them thinking about it, I'm such a headcase... My trusty cleveland TA5s will remain in the bag for tomorrow.littlerascal56 said:N
New Ping 54 & 58 Glide “Stealth” wedges. The devil made me do it 👹
I did also walk out with 2 stealth 2.0's myself 56 and 58 (bent to 60) and I love the way they look. I'm a little concerned that they both have 12 degrees of bounce and that might limit me a little but truth be told I probably shouldn't be opening anything up out of tight fairway lies anyway. I am gaming these tomorrow and I'm pumped to get there early to chip around a bit.
Excited to hear what you think about both the 410s and the stealths... what were you playing before the 410s? -

It’s more about how fast you empty the tank rather than how big the tank is. I’ve got a large tank and an engine that sips Rec90. Refueling sucks but at least it’s infrequent.bgebrent said:

2 weeks ago we went about 240 nautical miles and it was just over 500 gallons for the 18 hr day. She sips when trolling, but running the engines drink like campers at Butt Blast.

Thoughts @SandyHookEgger ha ha.
Back on track - buying a oil change. Remember you could change your own oil and not have to reset any computers in the car? You just needed to note when you should change it again.
Now I can still change the oil, but the car will scream at me every time I start it or turn it off because I did not reset the electronic countdown. Meh....

This is an irritation for me now, too. Although, checking the oil level, and the tire pressure, by spinning a dial and pressing a button is not so bad...Sea2Ski said:

I found this much needed gem on FB Marketplace. I stole this thing. I love it when crazy rich people need to get rid of stuff.

Beautiful large dock box. Nice to have the ability to lock the lid too if necessary. You using it for a dock box or just outdoor storage for stuff? Regardless, great find.DoubleEgger said:I found this much needed gem on FB Marketplace. I stole this thing. I love it when crazy rich people need to get rid of stuff.

I couldn't help myself after watching the videos of them being trimmed, cooked and cut up. You only live once.

fiberglass is destroyed by sun, so it has a gel coat to protect it, which will oxidize like steel unless you apply a protective wax.kl8ton said:

Of course you're going to grind up a few pounds of that for burgers right?smokingal said:I couldn't help myself after watching the videos of them being trimmed, cooked and cut up. You only live once.

@HeavyG I have no choice. That thing won't all fit on a LBGE and I'm not about to buy another EGG. I'm drafting my cooking plans and awaiting the arrival. I'll say this - none of it will be cooked right away or completely intact. It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

@smokingal Wow! Just Wow! Da-n sister, that is the "go big or go home brisket buy" of my lifetime to date.If you can drop that chunk of change on the brisket, I would bet you could find enough loose change to at least buy an XLBGE to go along
Can't wait to hear how this project runs the course.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
