Started off with some easy peasy appetisers.


I used salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, and horseradish to rub the rib roast that I picked up at Aldi's on sale last week.

Sides were sour cream and horseradish crispy mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Indirect at 325 for a couple of hours.

I was going to reverse sear on the MM but I liked the way the crust looked at 125 internal. So after resting for several minutes, we sliced it up.

Nobody complained. Thanks for looking.
