Getting out of the sausage game
I bought out most of the equipmet from our days as vertical charcuterie producers (Field to Fork if you will). I had grand ideas for it but have since moved on to other Hare-Brained schemes that do not involve a half garage full of heavy machinery and the accoutrements that accompany such a hobby. Everything listed is in excellent condition and is half of original purchase price. Here is what I have (message me for pics- they are all posing sideways and out of order- this new forum setup sucks):
1- Lem Big Bite #8 Grinder- $160
2- Kitchener 15lb Stuffer- $140 (couldn't find this model online but the LEM is $282 on Amazon
3- Rubbermaid/Pelouze 25lb scale $25 ($50 online)
Rubermaid/Pelouze 5lb scale: $25 ($54 online)
2- Grown-Ass pig sized adjustable height custom tables with 6'x3' custom cutting board on top of laminate table tops: $250 each. I believe the cutting boards were $400 each without the tables. Plenty of room for 4 guys to work at the same time.
Pic of table and stuffer in action:
I also have 6-8 18qt cambros I could part with- $10 each
I'll ship everything (you pay freight) except the tables.

I'll take some of that brisket if you can flash freeze it 😎
I get the "simplifying my life" move but watch out for the next "lightening in a bottle" rabbit hole.

Wish I were closer and could grab that table. All the best with your sale. If you can think of the manufacturer of that table, I'd like to look it up.

Should we be concerned about people who are getting IN to the sausage game? Asking for several friends...

Reluctantly opened the thread....just as I suspected...Total sausage fest.
Great price points on all of the listed items that were likely taken care of quite well.

Pray the sausage away.

I have no idea how many boats you have bought but I finally kicked the habit after the boat buy number exceeded the car buy deal. And that was a long time ago... Turned the boats much quicker than the cars and then "Along came SWMBO" and the rest is history.
Have fun with your latest adventure. BTW- first V-8 engine I ever owned was in a boat. That thing could put a hurt on anyone on skis with a swim suit-always eyeball ready 😎

Haven't not had a boat since I was 22. Got to be on the water now and then.

Sold my last boat at 35-returned my last gubmint boat (much larger, more horsepower and much slower) in top condition at 49. Was tempted to go down the road again but fortunately family life got in the way and now I'm too friggin old to wrestle with the challenges. FWIW-
Edit: apologize for the hi-jack.

One doesn't simply exit the sausage game.

Unless you're sporting @Sea2Ski 's kinda boat, ask Grim or CT Mike about what's cheaper, boat or cooking habit.
My boat is pretty cheap to own and operate. Well, my newer boat. The old one has 400 HP of 2-stroke gas guzzlers. Will burn something like 15 gallons an hour.
New boat (new to me, used) has 75 HP 4-stroke Yamaha and no working gas gauge. Go out and fish all day and it's usually under $20 in gas. I always fill up on the way home.
Boat trailers, especially lights, bearings and tires, that's another story.
I love being out on the water.

Me and the water go back a long ways. I’ll always have a boat. It’s hard to beat the four strokes. My Yamaha F225 sips gas.
What did you end up buying CTex?

I was hoping it would stay in your garage at least until I had a garage again.

My buddy's last boat was named "Miss Take".
I've never owned one. Once every 4 to 10 years, a buddy will take me out on theirs; it's a fun afternoon, and my "boat itch" is scratched for another few years. Works for me.

The only thing better than owning a boat is having a friend who owns a boat.
