Lunch was pie and peas with mint, followed by apple tart. The apple was just ready made puff pastry plus apples picked up from the garden and a bit of jam spread on top.

Fallen tree cleared and logged up. I'll own up to not having done it myself, we have a gardener most Saturdays so he and number 2 child did the work. Off to the dump with the wrecked washing line in the morning.

A little bbq breakfast this morning. Leftover bbq beans, rib meat and a few other things cooked like purgatory eggs in a mini ci.

Finally got around to making some Alabama White Sauce. Used it for a pulled pork bbq pizza with red onion, avocado, tomato, jalapeno, mixed cheese and green onion.
