After four long pork cooks I decided Beef was for dinner tonight. Taters and boneless NY strips on the large for SWMBO and me.

Cooked some wangs tonight. Picture on my phone and I'm tired. They were great.Been busting my ass getting ready for BCV. So far it's alcohol, some food, and shop cleaning (as a couple folks will be using it as a proverbial cardboard box under a highway to slum it (but with great air conditioning, cable, internet and metal shavings, unfortunately). Also getting metal shavings out of the shop. Travis complained he had them in his laundry like Bovine spongiform encephalopathy, which is a b!tch to get out of surgical instruments... Alas, I digress. It's a safe festival unless you are me. But I'm a go.

Dumb F dad says "Well there was that one plate of Crystal Meth I had lying around". Kid died.
