Got a beef tenderloin head I had in the freezer out last night and put it in the fridge. This afternoon it was still pretty much frozen, so I put in a 131* water bath to swim for a few hours. I also made a mushroom wine sauce to go with it. I then seasoned it with DP Red Eye Express and finished it on the Small.

Char Sui chicken thighs on the MM. Got the marinade in an Asian place. Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped but was ok.

Fall festival for the kids in the community. We've been at it since 10 am. Picture perfect day! Sunny and high in the mid 70's. We had a great turnout . Me and the Ms. are dirt tired, a really good dirt tired.
