I haven’t decided yet.  Trying to figure out how many I am cooking for as I might have some out of town family visiting, but am leaning towards ribs as well.

My tradition is usually Blueberry Stout Chipotle BBQ Poke Ribs. I see no reason to break tradition this year.

    I don't know what's for dinner TONIGHT!

Actually, Mom's 102nd birthday is the 4th. There's  local 'cue joint that she likes so we're ordering enough for the family from them. For 101 last year, smashburgers and baked beans. For the big 100th party, I cooked a few butts and my brother made potato salad for a larger group. This year, we decided to take it easy. =)
Happy Birthday!!!  Sounds like Mom ain't leaving anything on the table in this life.  Good for all of you.  Have fun.

We are driving home from vacation on the 4th so probably going to just pick up a tri tip to throw on the egg and do a revers sear with it.

If I can fine a descent brisket I may do my first.  If not then beef plate ribs...either way it will be a fun time with friends. These are my all time favorite cook!
