They show up now and again at the meat market / BGE shop in Melbourne, FL. Probably to far for you to go but @thetrim will drive across state to shop there some times.

Vons, here in Central CA have them most of the time if you ask for them. They cut their own and almost always have in the frig in back in a bag of 4, Choice. They'll open the bag and sell just one. The meat mgr. told me no one wants the whole so they cut them all up. Nothing fancy.
Schnuck's had shoulder on sale for $1.19/lb.
Last min decision, picked up two 8lbers.
BBQ sauce was on sale at Jewel. Nice heat.
Small egg is in the truck, some local sausages and dogs for the kiddos will be cherry smoked with it.

I’m going with a SRF Black brisket. The wife swung by one of the local butcher shops on her way home from work last night and they had 1 left. I got a message that she was en route to the house “with 14 lbs of wagyu heaven on board.”
God, I love her!
