Spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with your EGG? Virginia Willis’ three course menu is perfect for a date night! February is also National Chocolate Lover’s Month, so don’t feel guilty if you’ve been cooking a little more dessert than usual on your EGG. If you’re looking for something a little more savory than chocolate, try some Roasted Chicken Flatbread or Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard.

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the History of the EGG Museum and the Culinary Center too!  3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340.

Skiddymarker I would like to replace my band bolts and don't know exactly what I need to purchase.  Appreciate any help you might give me e. g. length, diameter and material.  Thank you!

It looks like I might upgrade to the Large and sell my medium. I would love the option to use my Wok, among other things. With parties of 12, the medium just doesn't cut it. Thanks for your help

Skiddy, I was not offended. I was just trying to be my smart ass self. I was only making a joke. I was not trying to piss you off. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

Very similar to what we use, guess the tarragon and cayenne is a poor sub for a BBQ rub. Next batch will try your "mix".

Thanks for the input. If I want to do a cook direct, how can I catch the fats drippings? Thanks. Scott
