Just curious; I'm sure you can add more rub/time if the bacon isn't salty enough, is there a way to correct bacon that's too salty, before smoking? Had to call BS. Smash burgers with cheddar, carmelized eryons in butter and the rendered bacon fat, bacon, compound mayo and over easy egg. Got a baby in my belly
