Thanks all. And @caliking is correct. My son is the workhorse in the family. Although my daughter did 90% of the work on this meal.

Thank you @northGAcock, I didn't realize I was that close to your place on one (or both) of my drives. I actually have to give credit to the folks on this site for a good portion of this. Having my son cook and butcher with Cen-Tex, @20stone, @caliking, and others has really helped me and my son improve our game - and apparently some of that has transmitted to my daughter. Although she has done some cooking with those clowns as well so they deserve a lot of the credit. Thank you guys.
For those that don’t know, she met @20stone, @caliking, TFJ, and I at OBR Hurricane harvey relief. Long ass days in the August TX heat in a parking lot and she smiled and cranked out work the whole time.
These kids are something special. Both great ones.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
Very awesome, my son is just starting to show interest in cooking so I hope he gets to this level some day. Great family you have and sounds like you raised them right!

Thank you @Brisket_Fanatic and @Florida Grillin Girl. Good luck with your kids. However, I'm probably an example of better of lucky than good.
Thanks @caliking. You're perspective is always appreciated.
@THEBuckeye, my wife and I were so pleased that we jumped up from dinner and started doing the dishes. We wanted to make sure this behavior was very positively reinforced.
Thanks @NDG.
@Gulfcoastguy, that's a great point. I may just do that. They passed the test.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle
