Lot of folks talking about it today. I don't have any idea what it's about. I'm just wondering if you can smoke it on the BGE. Maybe sous vide - time, temp?

I think I saw Wagyu Covfefe on sale on the SRF website the other day - said it was limited time only.
The Gold was pretty spendy but the Black seemed like a pretty good deal for the quality. -
