    @JohnInCarolina .......a follow up question for you. What is the shelf life on these pots under refrigeration? Or stated differently, how far in advance can these be made?

    I think it's a week.  They tend not to stay in the fridge much longer than that ;)

    Finally caved to temptation! My wife said this is panty dropping goodness! Not a big baileys fan but we did have some dark chocolate Godiva liqueur . Money!  Thanks JIC!

    I bought Kit the Anova Sous Vide for her birthday Tuesday, she picked up some mason jars from Publix yesterday and will be buying the ingredients tomorrow. We will have some for Mothers Day as well  :)
