I was able to duplicate your greatness @JohnInCarolina ....we enjoyed last night and again at lunch today. The fam all enjoyed with the exception of Paleo daughter. She drooled however as we ate. A big thanks and appreciate the introduction and inspiration. A great weekend!

I don't have a Sous Vide. . . yet, but cooked ours in a water bath canner using the Maverick thermometer to monitor the temp.  Haven't tried the final product yet, but I did peek in one of the jars and all looked good.  Can't wait for dessert tonight

    PHU-NOM-NOM-NOM-UH-NAL !

Did these yesterday for Mother's Day - and were a great hit!  SWMBO is a chocolate snob and she couldn't find anyway to improve on 'em!   Vegetarian, skinny as a rail daughter ate 2 last night!

    Great recipe!

Laughing, this week will be my third time making them. The only complaint, to small. I now use the 8 ounce jar rather than the the 4. Thanks for the wonderful desert idea.

Yep.  Those are good.  I just picked up some Bailey's salted caramel liquor, solely for making these.  I think I might have a problem...

I didn't fill them enough. Too much air.

Sneaking the last ones while the kids go to bed doesn't make us bad parents, right?
Came home from a ball game last night (ok really just a tailgate)....and planned to share my last one with the wife. She had already beat me to it. Time to make more I guess.

I haven't tried these yet, but, based on John's recommendation I did buy the book.  What type of chocolate do y'all use?  Have you tried different ones?  Which seem to be the best?

    I use this:

It's the best I can find in the grocery store.  I haven't really experimented with anything else.

Did you catch them?  Did they float away?
