One of the best parts of Thanksgiving, I was feeling a bit peckish, and I didn't have to walk to Sheetz

Put up the tree while the turd was sleeping in, after we let the boys stay up late. Then we had our Sunday Hardee's biscuits and gravy with a little Cholula, then the ornaments went on.
Aint the biggest tree, but gets the job done.

Okay-since the game was on and the photo skill set weak, here's the end game: (BTW does beat the turkey hands down.)

And the slice and dice pic-really of poor quality but great tasting groceries.
Around 9 lbs/post trim (SRF black) and if you went with the temp it was at 203*F in the thickest part of the flat. Reality was it needed more time-another beer and check again, now 207 and still a good sized hunk (slightly less than 50% of the flat) was not in the game. Okay-declare victory at 210 and let counter rest on a cooling rack for awhile. Then FTC for a bit more than an hour and caved to the "when do we eat" demands. Definitely not in a top ten cook here but still quite a banquet. Sometimes, the cook can't hit the target, See above.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

@DoubleEgger sweet ride had a buddy in highschool had a 69 with a 327 30 over if I recall. Long time ago. That thing was badass until he sent a rod thru the oil pan.

I had that in mind when I rebuilt mine. I didn't push the edge as the block is matching numbers to the car.theyolksonyou said:@DoubleEgger sweet ride had a buddy in highschool had a 69 with a 327 30 over if I recall. Long time ago. That thing was badass until he sent a rod thru the oil pan. -
His definitely wasn't matching numbers type car. SS body, hurst shift kit. We were 16. We wanted cool and fast. I had a 66 mustang convertible that was more bondo than metal. Unfortunately, in line 6 instead of 289. Had a blast in that car though.
