@DoubleEgger didn't realize you were in Marietta. We were there Saturday for a wedding.
Yes sir. Where was the wedding?
I believe it was called the Marlow House. It was supposed to be an informal wedding. But it was nothing but drs and college profs. I was about three social classes below most of them. Made for a real fun time. not.

Because thanksgiving was with in-laws then my folks, I decided to cook a turkey to have leftovers. Food saver freeze in meal size portions - will hot tub to reheat. Used hickory and peach for smoke

Ground brisket makes the best burgers period!  Thank you for being another heretic.  And enjoy those amazing burgers brother.  If I had a seal of approval or was qualified to give one, you would have it!  Post those brisket burgers please.

Really, you are going to grind up a SRF brisket? Mine just arrived tonight, and I held them lovingly and assured them they would both be smoked until they were ready. The grinder will not get them.

Anyhow, those will be some really good burgers, enjoy.

Dwayne, you should try it.  Maybe not with the SRF's but with primes.  Seriously my friend.  Best burgers ever.
