Finally back in the office after being bed-ridden for four days with a bad back. Still not 100% but was getting tired of being in the house and had to try.

Hopefully it clears up completely in the next few days.

I'm celebrating. After two root canals and 3 years of healing, my endodontist doesn't need to see me anymore; kept the tooth and healed the jawbone!

Maintenance on the well pumps, aerator tank and filtration system to our home. Also replacing some gauges and adjusting cut in/cut out pressures. Oh and nursing a cold one

Thanks @DMW. She didn't need the epi pen but she got hives and was throwing up. Scary for sure but she's better now. At least we know now.

I actually met a guy last month that was allergic to beef. Ironically, his name was fishburger. Poor dude. Glad baby girl is ok. Scary stuff.

Sweating my arse off in a Vietnam, reviewing prototypes of new product and training office staff. There is no heat like Southeast Asia heat. Wishing I was home on the patio with some wings on the Egg........

Thanks guys for the comments. Crazy how fast it came on and got bad. she was coughing in minutes and started throwing up after like 15 minutes just from licking a spoon that had peanut butter on it. Can't remember the last time I was that worried.

@theyolksonyou I am indeed a long way from TN. 31 hour trip to be exact, I make it several times a year so I am used to it but it still is a bear and the jet lag is real. That I am 6'4" and 250 lbs only makes airplanes more fun!!!

I am not much of a photog (drives my wife crazy) but I will grab a couple of shots of some street food for you @Ozzie_Isaac

LOL @botch -- actual flying time is usually 20-22 hours depending on routing and the rest is layovers/transit time. Longest single flight is 14 hours.

I am lucky enough to fly business class now (though there were many years when our business stunk so we flew coach to save $$) but it is still something that I have to get in the right mindset about to keep from going stir crazy

That is an excellent point. It is a very competitive cutthroat landscape today.

My son said he wanted to make the A team, but even if he didn't make any travel team he would still love to play even Rec Ball.

We try to go out and just have fun with it. I always tell him baseball doesn't put food on his table so if he isn't having fun then he should find something else that is fun.

That is great to hear. I see so many parents place so much pressure on kids into a sport either to live through them, or try and get a scholarship somewhere. Granted the scholarship is a great thing, but I think many kids get burnt out from traveling so much earlier on in their life.
