Found some boneless butts, I bought on accident this spring, in the deep freeze. Figured I whip them up quick for dinner.

Me a Nola have cooked a few frozen solid as a rock just playing around. Turned out pretty good actually. Pulled right out of the pack and throwed it on with ice still on it. Let it run about a hour to warm up so the rub would stick and then rub it down. Not ideal, but definitely works in a pinch.Ozzie_Isaac said:

We are removing all outlets and switches from the kitchen wall and putting in under cabinet options so they don't mess up the back splash. Got the first one done it wasn't very fun and it was just the outlets.

Pork shoulder worked out perfect. Two 7lb frozen shoulders for 5 and 1/2 hours at 325 and 1hr ftc. A little drier than I would like, but some chicken stock fixed that.
It was a hit at the party. Pretty happy considering I found out abot the party 7hrs before.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Just got home from a day at Dollywood splash country with 4 boys. Lots of fun.
Man, people have lots of tattoos. Which is cool, but seems like more and more and bigger and bigger. -
@theyolksonyou @SGH - not a rave, my buddy's backyard. He got it all setup with lights and a smoke machine. Kind of fun to go hang out there and forget about how old we actually are.

Have you ever tried ice fishing brother Mask? I got to do it a little back in the mid 90's when I was working in International Falls. It was definitely a little different than fishing out of a Bay boat, but fun just the same.TheManBehindTheMask said:
