@Ozzie_Isaac congrats. We move into kid pitch this year, so that Smoltzy speech takes on a new meaning. Fortunately, one of the coaches was a two time all acc pitcher at NC State and played professionally in the minors. He has the knowledge, if everyone will just listen.

See my nephews team from Mid-Ohio when they play throwing a curve ball with each batter and sometimes more than one. They play in league around their area then travel on the weekends. I really hope the guy has a huge rotation. They were at Disneyworld one week then Cooperstown another. He's hardly at home at all.theyolksonyou said:@Ozzie_Isaac congrats. I remember our coaches when I played were cautious about our arms and what we threw. We never threw curve balls (in a game), but as kids you always wanted to throw one. We had fastballs and changeups, that is it.------------------------------

@ozzie_isaac this is not really street food but was dinner. Vietnamese BBQ, tiger prawns that were still alive when brought to table for us to grill. After grilling you dip them in a mix of lime juice-salt-pepper-chili powder
Also had chili marinated wild boar, a crab fried rice dish that was killer, and just a few beers.

Fixing to do a practice run on some appetizers that I'm thinking about serving at brisket camp. Split jalapeños stuffed with ground sausage and cream cheese and then wrapped with bacon. Mushrooms stuffed with sausage and ground onions. Both dusted with cayenne. I'm thinking raised direct at 450 degrees.

I have done ate supper. These will make a good after supper snack. I'm just playing around with these. Trying to come up with something to cook real fast at brisket camp for snacks. All this was actually real good and can be cooked in 10 minutes or less.
