    Catering my nieces wedding in October and we are having a tasting for them tomorrow

    Duck breast canapé with fig jam and goat cheese

    Tomato basil soup shots

    Panini sandwiches

    Pork Sliders on kings Hawaiian

    Venison Barbacoa a la centex (on here somewhere but with chuckie)

    Chicken and waffles with bourbon cream maple syrup (these are are special)

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Would love to see it. We catered with this one for a few years and it's really good. We bought Nueske's duck for a while and have used brined (with pink salt) for the last few. For the effort involved, the Nueske's is hard to beat. But you can't buy it retail, you have to buy cases and we don't have the shop anymore.
