    @StillH2OEgger I don't think anyone tries to pretend he didn't know about or plan to pursue project 2025 to the letter - even those supporters that played that game during the election. You can see that clearly here on the forum even. There is no line, there is no lie egregious enough to move anyone off their position once dug in. I don't think it's even a case of saying at least the good outweighs the bad. 4* them if they don't like it is the attitude, at least until it gets personal.

    The United States and Colombia yesterday narrowly averted a trade war after Bogotá agreed to accept deportation flights from the United States. Trump over the weekend threatened to impose tariffs and visa restrictions on the country over its initial refusal to accept two deportation flights.     Local news, tonight:
    ICE agents were arresting a brown-skinned lady at the local wal-mart, and one guy (with black hair) took a photo with his phone as he was leaving.  ICE gave chase, and as he was driving away he called 911, requesting the local police.
    ICE pulled him over, guns drawn, and pulled him from his car and cuffed him.  Local police arrived, there was some discussion, the man's driver's license was pulled out and the locally-born US citizen was un-cuffed.  
    Goddammit.

    I get that they get marching orders to go find and detain people who are here illegally, deport them, etc. Following orders. But that extra flavor that gets added in stories like this just makes me believe some just enjoy it too much.
