I don't know that I'd go to a bbq joint that has Michelin star(s). Same with Diners.

I was there in December 2021 just after the latest Texas Monthly (every four year ranking) came out. It was #2 and quite good. I have concluded that the top shelf brisketeers have reached a plateau where the differences are in the palate of the taster. FWIW-
