Don't know where I saw it yesterday (GPS, PBS, CBS, other?) but they reported that this pipe replacement was already fully funded by Biden's sorta-bipartisan infrastructure bill of a year or two ago.JohnInCarolina said:

They may well have, but my point is that I don't think the special prosecutor was under any obligation to inform the White House of what he was about to do.
