Zeke the rat killer.Algonquin Round Table challenged member Dorothy Parker to use the word “horticulture” in a sentence.
Without missing a beat Parker shot back: You can lead a horticulture but you can’t make her think. -
fishlessman said:have had two incidences with a hundred bites and one close to that. the last one my german shepard got into it with a neighbors dog, banged into some plywood leaning against the abandoned house next door. i was forced into the lake in a swarm like some old cartoon. bees bite under water so that didnt work....first time i stepped into the ground about knee deep into a nest, second time a big paper ball type nest broke loose and hit the ground right next to me. its only funny when you think back.... really glad i have no allergy with them
And the above story is the most @fishlessman story ever:

This is Oliver. He loves to be outside when I am grilling. He goes in and out with me as I grill and sometimes gets some snacks from the grill.♦︎ John ♦︎ Large BGE ♦︎ Topeka, KS ♦︎ My Blog ♦︎

I got fixed and I wasn't broke, actually at the time I had a lot of money, but I went along with it anyway, next thing you know I'm walking into the house bowlegged with a jock strap on, feeling like I was smuggling a turkey leg into my own home and it wasn't even close to Thanksgiving. I wish the doctors told me that I would have had that feeling .. because maybe we could have scheduled the procedure closer to Thanksgiving, when it might be more appropriate to walk around with a turkey leg in your pants and not be noticed.

those cages are so cruelI know it was said in jest, but crates used inappropriately are cruel. We crate train all our dogs as there are times they are needed (some travel, overnight vet stays, some hotels, etc.). Best to have dogs comfortable with them before the need arises. This little girl was rescued from lab research and spent her first two years in a cage. She absolutely hated a crate and for good reason. It took a good six months for us to get her fear of the closed door overcome. It's now her happy place when she wants left alone for peace and quiet.

Mine figured out how to open a Chobani all on his own. I think he is using that ice cream carton for sun shades to help his sugar induced coma/nap.

The boy is passed out on the couch, dreaming of animals he’s chasing. Every once in a while a few of his legs will give a little kick.

@Gulfcoastguy - I see I am not the only one who keeps CC on screen. Started doing that when I was watching Japanese TV shows. Now I leave it on for everything.Ubi panis, ibi patria.

I watch cc because no matter what I throw at my tv in terms of speakers I can’t hear the damn thing… too many echos I can’t figure it outSouth of Columbus, Ohio.

CC is permanently on for us as my Samsung for whatever reason has a slight delay on and I haven’t been able to sort that out, also my wife is hard of hearing and even with her aids blue tooth she relies on CCGreensboro North Carolina
