The bacon wasnt ready by the time the loin hit 130 so i just took it off and seared the loin off and threw the bacon in a pan. I grabbed the smallest ones they had so the bigger ones might work better. I got 2 so the next one im gonna run at like 450 indirect to see if that helps. Flavor was great though its a loin and not tenderloin which i havent done a loin in awhile but it was more hammy than tenderloins normally are. The flavor of the loin was great though my 3yr old got 2nds of meat.lightningque said:
