I’ll stop by in about 30 minutes. (9:00 central)
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

One more entertaining and enjoyable session.  Many thanks for the "regulars" but especially for those who logged in for the first time.  Hope you found it worthwhile and will be back down the road.
I will get my summary out in the later AM.  As always, quite a cross-section of topics, conversation and learning opportunities.

Thanks for taking the "minutes" as always, Frank.  I was pretty wiped out last night from a long week and by the time our family movie was over I was ready to hit the hay, so I missed this week's session.

Sounds like I missed a great one.  Glad to hear some new people were able to hop on.

Bump.  Who's on for tomorrow night?

    Some suggested topics:

    1) Why the gray face?
    2) Learned insult techniques
    3) Loud concert experiences
    4) Is @SGH's anus obsession real or fantasy?
It is not an obsession. It is a way of life.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

I had a house guest (family) and we stayed up late drinking. I truly enjoyed the couple of sessions I attended and will try to repeat in the future.
XL BGE in San Jose, CA. Also a Pit Barrel Cooker, a Cal Flame P4 gasser, and lots of toys including the first ever Flame Boss 300 in the wild. And a new Flame Boss 500.

Actually, I do like it. Better that I expected. Except it gets in the way of my time in the bar.
