Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Thanks for taking the "minutes" as always, Frank. I was pretty wiped out last night from a long week and by the time our family movie was over I was ready to hit the hay, so I missed this week's session.
Sounds like I missed a great one. Glad to hear some new people were able to hop on."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike -

I was “wiped out” as well. Had a margarita for
lunch and didn’t stop until I “went to bed”. All this was outside in the 105 degree heat. I need a “too drunk to zoom” t-shirt.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -

Also a Pit Barrel Cooker, a Cal Flame P4 gasser, and lots of toys including the first ever Flame Boss 300 in the wild. And a new Flame Boss 500.
