Asian spare ribs and wagyu New York Strip and yuzu Kosho marinated chicken breast Tepanyaki on the tabletop grill. Fun night. These ribs are legit. I got the recipe from Malcolm Reed:
https://howtobbqright.com/2015/07/20/korean-bbq-spare-ribs/
he actually does them on a bge but i used the dishwasher. Cut them in half to fit in the marinade bag. They were done in 3.5hrs at 250. The sauce is like crack. I was shoveling it in by the spoonful as I walked by.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -

This was different for sure. Potatoes wrapped in foil and baked on the egg along with the broccoli in papillote. Chicken and gravy from the Instant Pot. I prefer egged chicken but for tenderness you can't beat cooking under pressure. Just wanted to try something different and the wife and kids loved it....mission accomplished.

Pulled pork peach butt tacos. They were good. I left the dish on top of the stove while I watched tv. I heard a snuffling and gulping. Where’s Waldo? Waldo is standing on his hind legs and helping himself! Probably ate a half pound before I caught him and put the que back in the fridge. Scavenger extraordinaire!

Didn’t get any good pics but for Mother’s Day I grilled some prime angus ribeyes and filets - and asparagus - and pineapple (with cinnamon and brown sugar) for dessert.

Her recipes also don’t require many uncommon spices, assuming you keep a good rack on hand. -
The last of my pedestrian offerings here but I am on the clock to crank out pulled chix ( 2 are always sacrificed) every week for my son and his wife. Run very raised direct at around 200*F (cook suggested by @Mattman3969 and always wins! (This cook was a bit over 6 hours).
