My BGE is the standard XL setup with a plate setter. I know I will need to invest in something that gives me a second tier and allows enough clearance for cooking packers on two levels. I have seen several posts over the past year addressing multi-level indirect cooks, but I need to narrow down my search to what gives me the height to cook packers on two levels and maximizes the number I can cook. Is it possible to do three on the bottom and two on top or two and two?
The AR appears to give enough clearance between grids if I set it on the BGE grid setting on top of plate setter, is there enough room on top for a brisket also?
Are there any other setups that provide enough clearance?
Thanks

That is true, but you don’t need to be an expert in fracture mechanics to answer that question. You just need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a decent school.theyolksonyou said:

Why when a puddle of spilled coffee dries does the stain leave a darker ring around the perimeter?
