Got some clearance boxes...I can't figure out the receipt but I'm happy with the price.

Nice, very nice but I would accentuate the rig with some calf high Xmas socks and sandals.  As you note, you are the incoming scene setter. Good for you.

Knowing @nolaegghead they were full of tools too.  Some special managers deal, only on Sunday at 5:32PM.

I think long pants will be more functional.

I've been wanting a good saucier with a silver interior (all my others are black, hard to sauté onions and know what you're doing).
Looked at Amazoid's selection, this 3-qrt model was $199, but the 4-qrt was twice as much!   :o  Then I noticed the 2-qrt model was $280.    I didn't see any "Sale" tabs or anything, it might've been mismarked, but I jumped and boughted it, got the $199 price per email.
My local shops will have to sit this one out...

I was going to comment on the interesting workshop area, forklift, nice dry VW, commercial refrig, lift, welder, and all that general fun stuff.... then the receipt problem came up.

    Like....

    yellow 26" cab = 203.98 ....

workin them numbers in reverse gives you a starting price of 240.  And 15 percent of that would be 36 pesos..... and that, right there would put you purt'near 203.98.

    Fuzzy math!

My previous kitchen faucet went to crap. I went with a cheap Cobbe motion sensor faucet for a replacement. It's probably not the same quality as one that's 3x the price but I think I'm really going to like the touchless portion of it. Especially when prepping meat. (Giggity) No more wiping down handles every time when prepping food. Plus the wife won't get after me for grubby handles.

Just arrived at my local shop.

Curious how much that model is going for in your area? Around here it is in the $700 range with a standard G19 in the $599 range.

Any of y’all remember the good ole days when the average price of Glocks was about 300 bucks?

Not available around here - bought at guns.com for $728+tax, fee, shipping, another $40 to my local FFL...  It's either step up or do without.

Not I - I'm new to this.  Got my G17 about a month ago.  Since then I've been hitting my local range once per week, and took a "Pistol1" class with a local outfit.  I enjoy it - new hobby...

I remember $400 regular price and $350 on sale.  That is no longer the case my friend.  The high MSRP is part of their marketing.  It is a fascinating story actually.

Regardless of price, I like them a lot.  They are simple, rugged, and always work.  They will not win a beauty contest, but as a tool they are hard to beat.

True, gotta pay to play sometimes. Last purchase I made online, I was able to get free shipping and my transfer fee was only $25. Anyhow, I am sure you will like that g19 model. I had a chance to shoot my cousin's g21 with a red dot and it was pretty nice!

I had thought about picking one up recently but with the current prices, it is hard to stomach. Especially when I paid $615 for my HK that feels much better in hand. My local academy had some of their gen4 g19s on sale last year for $450, I should have grabbed one!

This is an interesting and eye opening read if anyone's curious what Biden's plans on gun rights look like.

    https://joebiden.com/gunsafety/#

I agree with a lot of it. Some of it is overreach, like requiring all guns sold to have fingerprint readers. Guns aren't iPhones.

His worst is an overall ban on all internet sales - include gun parts
