Scallops with Sriracha Sauce and Thai Noodles

Seared the scallops in CI then made a quick Sriracha-wine sauce.  N made Pad Woon Sen to accompany.  We have happy bellies. Cheers from the lake.

    Dang- as @lkapigian said, I was there with Sriracha.  But credit where credit is due-those plated shots are food porn magazine worthy. 
    Great way to bulk up so as not to lose that ring again.  =)

    Another inspirational cook going into the "to-do" list.
    Large BGE and MMX, both with platesetter and cast iron grid. Superpeel for pizza, iDevice for temperature.
