It is.  No real recipe but I did this.  After removing the scallops (canola oil, salt and pepper is all they had), added a quarter cup or so of white wine (probably Chardonnay but doesn’t matter if good), 1-2 T of butter, Sriracha (probably 1/4 cup) and s & p.  Briefly simmered that before pulling to sauce the scallops.  Lots of options.  I hope that is helpful brother.

Scallops. You went and did scallops, one of my most favorite of all the seafood available. Not only that, you used a sriracha white wine sauce. Just make it and mock my pitiful skills in searing those damn scallops.
There are times, frequently as of late, that I plan to kidnap you and keep you until you teach me this fine art of chefdom.
Brilliant meal as always, Team B&N are impossible to beat.
    Happy anniversary to you both.
    I really love scallops.

If anyone's interested in making their own sriracha, I just came across this. Looks pretty simple. From Food Wishes (Chef John).

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
