I just drink green vegetable, beet and ginger juices to get some nutrients while at my desk at work but never done any cleanse. I take fiber for that, our bodies cleanse themselves and getting enough fiber and water is key. -

I've got a good buddy, whose wife gets him involved with something like this every few months. He's a good sport like you and goes along with it.
