It’s a new series on Netflix about food. Worth checking out if you haven’t yet. Each episode covers a different kind of food. The first one is pizza, and I just got done watching the one on BBQ.
The one on Q had Adam Perry Lang and Steven Yeun in it. What more do you want?

Love it watched the taco episode earlier tonight. His season on mind of a chef is pretty great too. I’m trying to parlay a work trip in LA at the end of the month into a trip to Majordomo. Did momofuku and milk bar in Vegas a few times, Chang is my favorite celebrity chef right now.

Bearded tacos are my favorite tacos.

Watched the pizza episode and about a third of the bbq episode. I like it.
David Chang though... His constant opinion over the meaning of words is pretty douchy.

I think he’s just trying to challenge conventional wisdom. It’s a construct that allows him to get to that yakitori in a episode on barbecue.blasting said:

We are making fried chicken tonight after watching that episode earlier today.

I couldn't make it through the pizza episode - they were ****-talking Italian pizza in the same breath as celebrating abominations like chicken pizza with BBQ sauce. FOOLS.
If theres a bbq episode though I may have to return. -

Well there was at least a tiny bit of sh!t talking in that episode - when the head of the Neapolitan Pizza Union/Guild/Mafia (or whatever its real name is) so politely trash talked former Neapolitan pizzaiolo Pepe who had strayed away from the official rules.JohnInCarolina said:

My wife and I just started watching this weekend and are enjoying it. Yeah, Chang is a little pretentious but his sense of humor makes up for it. Kinda like Anthony Bourdain.XL BGE, CGS AR & spider, 36" SS Blackstone, SMOBOT - Flower Mound, TX
