AW/SS3 - Survival of the Fattest

Overview
Since our BBQ habit turned into a small-scale porcine ranching operation, we have butchered four hogs... two in the "commercial kitchen" on the property of a small-scale (but way bigger than ours) porcine ranching operation, and two in the cleaner and more convenient confines of my garage, the Graj Mahal.
The most recent have been memorialized on these threads:

This thread will follow our lastest effort - A$$whip/$hit$how3 - through the weekend.
Today - Natural Selection
Well, today was the first step in AW/SS3, when @The Cen-Tex Smoker, @pigfisher and I met at the farm to pick up Mo, who has been the fattest of our four (now three, or perhaps two) since we bought him at 12 weeks old. I am rusty at backing a trailer, and we had no idea how easy or hard it would be to lure him in there.
Trailer hitched up... backed up like a pro... tailgate of trailer dropped ... and Miney jumps in. Miney, one of the two pure Mangalitsas is not small by any measure, but still skinnier than Mo, who likely tilts in at 400 lbs.
We weren't there for Miney today. We were there for Mo. So we shoved Miney (likely a svelte 350 lbs) out of the trailer, and @The Cen-Tex Smoker and @pigfisher tried to herd Mo in there. Mo was having none of it. No amount of bread or sweet potato (both favorites) were going to get him up that ramp.
(Mo wisely ignoring the pleadings of Tex and fisher)
Miney, however, cut in line again and jumped in the trailer. @The Cen-Tex Smoker looked up and said, "There's something to be said for taking the dumb one." Tailgate up. Off to J&J Packing. Big, fat Mo lives to fight another day.
(Miney wondering how the day went so wrong)
More pics as the weekend goes on.

Miney choose poorly. Twice. Our pigs have one bad day in their lives. Unfortunately, it’s a really bad day.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Ya, this line needs to be memorialized forever in the BGE historical record...LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -

I just went in the sketchiest lump run I have ever been on. Jones had no lump, ace closed in 6 minutes and we were 8 minutes out even in Kamakze mode. We made 2 wrong turns and still got there in 9. Shop was locked up but @20stone snuck around the corner with an unspecified amount of cash in hand and 30
seconds later showed up with the goods.

All loaded up for tomorrow. 44 farms top round to make sausage with, one Meyer all natural brisket to throw on the dishwasher while we work, and a bag of Ill-gotten Rockwood to cook some Yonder Way steaks and chops for dinner tonight. All is well.
In the redneck cooler is:
1-310lb hog
4-44 farms Eye of Round (50lb)
1-Meyer All natural Brisket
120lbs of ice.
