  • This morning @caliking told me that this wasn’t actually him, but instead the other Indian guy at the Blast.  Sounds legit.

Got the BB18 Army contingent together (@yukonron, @JRWhitee @Killit_and_Grillit)for a nice salute to @lousubcap and the other Navy vets on the forum.  Thank you @CTMike for taking the picture, but we didn’t need to hear those true stories of the Esprit de Corps of the submarine corps.   Lou might not be so thrilled of those sayings leaking out.   We‘ll keep it quiet until a certain Saturday in Decmeber.   A special thank you to the Army Football Team for providing such a nice bottle of brown water via @lousubcap. Go Army Beat Navy!

Many thanks to the numerous organizers, cookers, hosts, etc over the weekend.  It truly was a blast.    It was great meeting some new folks and seeing many others again!  Hope to see you all again in the not too distant future!  Cheers!  Safe travels home for everyone!

@thetrim and all the Army vets pictured, glad you enjoyed the brown water.  I don't expect it to happen again.  However, we will see this December.
And regarding any @CTMike stories-I'm sure he was discrete =)

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Sadly I turned into a pumpkin around 8:30 last night and missed all of the after party festivities. We are getting ready to roll out as we have a 12 hour drive ahead and unfortunately I have to work tomorrow.  :anguished:

We had an amazing time hanging with all of you miscreants, it was great seeing some familiar faces from BCIII and meeting new friends.

Folks, if you can make one of these events, you really need to. I guarantee you will have the time of your life, and you can’t find a better class of low-lifes. :)

Well deserved my friend. Hope you had a safe trip back north!

@tarheelmatt should have 10 bags of RW for you guys via UTA Sports.  Then I shipped him 8 bags of wood chunks (hickory, apple.....I think cherry and peach too maybe.....or pecan?)

Anybody want me to bring any hats?  Might still have some aprons.  Running low on shirts but let me know what sizes and I'll look.  I have some drawstring back packs too.  Carry-on space is limited, so places your orders early.
I appreciate the hat and sticker. It was a pleasure meeting / speaking with you and your lady. Thanks for coming and your contributions. Safe return and hope you join us again next year.

What a great time with great people! We were in and out pretty quickly. I didn’t get to mingle as much as I wanted because chasing a two year old is a full time job! Lots of good food and drinks! Thanks everybody!!!
