    FYI all, rain will not be an issue.  The entire venue is covered.  We will have some smokers and stuff on the street, but we also have pop-ups.  So BRING IT!

    I'm going to be available all day friday to help get ready. Saturday I have untill about 4-5 till I have to pack up the RV/Smoker and head out. The Lady and I are going to a ball Saturday night and my presence is required. Luckily it's in NOLA so I just have to get the RV back to the campground take a shower, don a monkey suit and then go make a fool of myself.

    You are a stronger man than I @Thatgrimguy !  It would be damn near impossible for me to leave Brisket Camp at 5pm on Saturday.  The best has yet to come at that point!
