It's nice to sometimes give stuff away. I do it occasionally myself. I'm a full blown dickhead for 99.9% of the year so I figure if I do it a few times a year it brings me to an even keeled a$$hole status.

So what is all the fuss about?  Here is an update picture. 

The handle is red palm with a wenge bolster and black G10 liner. I will probably do 6 or 8 coats of oil and then wax but I may try something different. Thinking maybe a bit more luster. 

The blade was given a faux patina because I like that look on a cleaver. 

I'm gonna do the draw tomorrow because it feels sort of like a Friday thing to do.

That was amazing. I am so glad I was able to watch this master display his craft. I hope at some point he can produce a video on how to mix salt and pepper, I'm still trying to figure out the proper method to do that.

@gmac you're a 6 year member of the forum, and if someone here does something Q related I'd like to hear about it.  I've supported many members of the forum.  New members soliciting business annoys me a little.  A low key product announcement by a long time member isn't a bad thing at all in my books.
