Yo @gmac, since this thread has now taken on a whole new meaning I just want to get in line for ordering one of them as well!
Better tell the wife that you are going to busy in the shop, PLUS you have the income stream from these to be buying yet more knife making equipment! -

thank you all that voted for me!! I've been absent lately due to lots of work. But that's a positive thing, hopefully it will allow more opportunity for charity later!
I'm planning a big cook(5000+) for the ladies over at the women's shelter in July and a big Thanksgiving for our Air Force at Keesler for Thanksgiving. Even though I'm not posting, I'm still cooking. We did 1000 meals for Champions of Christ and 1700 for Salvation army last month. Hoping to do Something big in May but nothing booked yet.
For me, @SGH for all the time he has spent with me on my shirley, from my first cook actually showing up too many a phone call and hang out.
@Mickey for his easy to read, easy to learn from recipes. That include setup (direct, indirect, temp and height) and details.
And @nolaegghead and @Centexsmoker?? SP for all their posts. I couldn't cook a ham sandwich before reading their threads.XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum -
