Unfortunately I won't be able to participate in the leftover turkey throwdown as I don't have none. Pretty sure my white bean and turkey chili would have qualified.

Can I use pulled pork? Have a butt on the egg.
Is your famous turkey chili like Emeril's? Have made that a couple of times with leftovers and it came out very well.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad! -
No it's my own take on one I had in Michigan a bunch of times. Indian white pepper, smoked turkey thigh and coconut milk basically. To be honest it works better with fresh turkey but I was not going to admit it.

Actually, as a harvest festival, observing Thanksgiving in October (same as Columbus Day) ensures there is little chance the ground will have its snow blanket on. It is also the start of hockey.Fred19Flintstone said:

Our big shopping day is the day after Christmas, Boxing Day, a very British holiday - see what you folks lost when you tossed the King out and dumped all that tea into Boston Harbour (spelled with a "u" at the time it happened)
