The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.

Coleman, Texas Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. I know you are a big fan of the Joetisserie. Just curious, why did you go with the hanging rack instead of rotisserie? What was the difference in the hanging rack finished product vs what you think you would have gotten from the rotisserie approach? They look great. I'm just curious.
@Hub. I would use the Joe for smaller cook but had to cook a big quantity so it was most efficient And they were quite good. Haven't figured out how to cook 2 slabs of ribs on the Joe yet.
BGE Large and MiniMax, Napolean 500. Obsessed with rotisserie.
No. In fact, I have not done any ribs on the Joe yet. I've done bone in, skin on chicken breasts, pork chops, and chicken kabobs. All of which have been great. Now that I think of it, why can't you just do one slab hanging on the bottom of the rod, and one slab on the top?
