I had to have something to cook the FIVE hogs we bought. FIVE. started with one, now we have 5 (soon to be 4). Fences were bought, holes were dug, food and housing has been procured,  RV's have been rented, trucks have been bought. You are the problem. .

I'm sorry but the washer didn't even get all the nasty pepper off the brisket. You need to either up the pressure or put in more soap. I would have expected a perfectly clean, grey and drab brisket for the kind of money.

Mine aren't quite that hairy but I have two Duroc mix hogs headed out Wednesday a.m. One of our forum brothers has laid claim to the one on the left. The other one should fill my freezer nicely. I almost hate to see them go but I really am tired of feeding them.

@20stone I don't know about crazier but I'm probably right up there with you. These two boys definitely haven't missed a meal. We used to do this pretty regularly growing up but this is the first ones I've raised since then. I'm really looking forward to a freezer full of fresh pork.

@The Cen-Tex Smoker sorry for the hijack
